NovoEdLearn. Collaborate. Innovate.

- Founded 2013
NovoEd offers anyone the opportunity to take free online courses from top universities and work with other students from around the world on course projects and assignments. Using innovative technology, students engage in team work, meaningful discussion and activities, and create connections with other learners that last well beyond the course's end.
NovoEd is the only online learning platform that provides a connected, effective and engaging learning environment for students. Our courses are constructed on sound pedagogical foundations to help students learn to be a better team player, a creative thinker and a problem solver in an active, social, learning environment.
Over the past year, our platform has been piloted with several courses offered as Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). These courses attracted over 140,000 students from over 150 different countries. Our very first course, a three-month entrepreneurship course, has created a thriving community of entrepreneurs, and has led to the formation of companies in the US, Germany, India, Malaysia, Bolivia, and elsewhere.
Do you want to build a system that is used every day by people in over 150 countries? Are you passionate about using the web to empower people from San Francisco to Nairobi? Join a team of talented Stanford students, faculty, and alumni, and help us to disrupt education.
As a member of the NovoEd team, you will be building the core platform that powers our collaborative, interactive courses. We are looking for full-stack developers (with significant front-end experience) to help us design and develop a unique platform for education and collaboration.
