Health and Well-Being:
rSmart offers three Aetna Medical plans and pays 100% for the employee. Two Dental plans are available along with vision insurance, health care flexible savings account (FSA), dependent care savings account, and health savings account (HSA). Plus, rSmart contributes to the employee’s HSA each pay period.
We also provide company paid Life Insurance, AD&D, Short-Term Disability, and Long Term Disability. Other benefits include voluntary supplemental life insurance, employee assistance program, and balance care 24-hour health advocacy services for our employees and their family. Corporate discounts are also available through Aetna and Paychex.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan:
Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Safe Harbor retirement plan after 90 days of service. In addition, we offer an excellent dollar for dollar 100% employer match on the first 4% of an employee’s contribution, which is always 100% vested. A financial advisor is also available to assist our employees with any 401(k) or personal finance related question.
To promote work-life balance we offer an innovative unlimited paid time off program called Max-Flex. In addition, we offer 11 company paid holidays per year including a week of company paid holiday shut down at the end of the year.
Employee Referral Bonus: $1,000 paid to employee after 90 days. We welcome our current employees to refer top talent to join the team.
