If you’ve ever tried to find an apartment in New York City, you know how much it sucks. For the past six years, StreetEasy has been working to change that. In that time, we’ve become the most reliable and popular resource for real estate data in NYC. We’re looking for more people to help us improve and grow our products and company.

ABOUT YOU

• You get things done. Preferably in Ruby, but even if you don’t have a ton of Ruby experience we still want to talk to you.
• You have a desire to build real features that will be used by hundreds of thousands of people.
• You love NYC and all the crazy stuff that happens here.
• You know how tough finding a good apartment can be and you’re anxious to help improve that experience.

• We’re growing fast and need smart self-starters to help us bring our many great ideas to reality.
• We love good food and drink. Friday lunches are often spent at nice restaurants on the company’s dime.
• We use StreetEasy.com as an excuse to play with whatever new technologies we find interesting. We love and use Ruby, Rails, Linux, Git, GitHub, Amazon Web Services, Redis, MongoDB, Memcached, Javascript and MySQL.
